- Jury Rodionov Added 2017-08-30★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Roadtrip. Friendly staff at Canada's biggest organic wine manufacturer. Wines are good, but expensive. Cons: We tried one of the white wines and were amazed by it's unique taste (unusual notes of smoke and cheese). We were told that taste is a result of using no other yeasts besides natural ones that live on grapes. Of course we bought a bottle, only to discover later that wine tastes nothing like at the tasting. It tasted like any white wine you can buy at your corner liquor store. 4 stars for misleading. Prices are pretty high too. Otherwise very informational and interesting experience.
